Alis Hotel - Fethiye

The hospitality of all the people in the hotel. The excellent sercives and how helpful they all were.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The location was super. The swimming pool was very good.

The rooms were reasonable but cramped if used as quadruple. Breakfast is wholesome but fairly basic. But neither of these features made the holiday any less enjoyable. The excellent staff made up for it.

It was so friendly atmosphere and the owners were specially so nice people.. It is a budget hotel so luxury and very new furniture shouldn't be expected but for this price; food, conditions and especially people were so good.. Thanks..

It was the cheapest hotel nearby the centre with a swimmingpool.

Very bad room with old furniture and you could hear every little noise outside the hotel. The hotel needs a big renovation with an attention for internal architecture, it was very bad. The beds and the bathroom were terrible. The shouwer made everthing wet in the bathroom, even the toiletpaper (this is never refilled, we bought it self :(). I would`nt recommend this hotel. For a boattour we paid almost twice of the normal price in the hotel. This gives not a good impression of the country. Turkish people are honest and hospitable.

The marketing of the Hotel was very effective.

The hotel was a disappointment. Small rooms. Hard-to-find location. Shower got whole bathroom floor wet. I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff went over and above our expectations. They even drove us to the bus station when we were finished in Fethiye. Easy to walk to island tours from the walkway in front of the hotel. Overall, good value. PS - the breakfast was pretty sweet too.

Nothing. There was no hot water for our stay. For the same money, the hotel in Antalya was absolutely gorgeous, whilst Alis was a real dump.

The location of hotel is very difficult to find. Street system is chaos in Fethiye. The hotel is too old. Room window are all sealed and easily u can hear noise from outside. When we arrived, we are informed that the solar water heating system was broken due to rain and we waited till 11 PM still have no hot water. The hardware of this hotel is really not good.

What I like was the Customer Relations, Metin, Daniel and Yvon, Gul Abla, Adnan were really customer oriented people.

A new recruit from netherland, Yvon resigned and made me sorry not to see her for the coming days as the hotel is more like family.

Very friendly staff. Nice pool. Good views.

Hotel undergoing major renovation, beds very hard and uncomfortable, electrical not working well.

The best part of our stay was the hospitality of the hotel staff especially Ohan,the manager whom cared that we were on our honeymoon.We had a nice alfresco buffet breakfast by the pool which was nice.

The only comment we have is that the hotel rooms are in need of a major revamp.

The location of the Alis Hotel was nice and quiet as it is away from the main drag of Fethiye (about 15 min walk), It has a nice pool area with sun loungers and an outdoor bar.

Although the location was lovely it was a bit of a walk into the main area of Fethiye. The only negative would be the shower holder fell off the wall so it had to be handheld and the beds were a little hard but otherwise, no complaints.

The staff are very helpful and try to keep you happy.

The hotel itself needs money to be spent on it as well as specialist staff employed. Too many small things such as lights not working, troublsome door locks, water stops running etc. Only one couple seem to be holding up the hotel and getting things fixed. Feel sorry for them. Hotel is not suitable for family due to walls being too 'thin'!
